This website and store are operated by Anna Muratova. Throughout the site, the terms "I," "my," and "me" refer to Anna Muratova. By visiting my site, using its features, or purchasing an artwork, you ("you," "the buyer," "the user") engage in my "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms").

These Terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, customers, and contributors of content. Please read them carefully.

1. Governing Law & Business Information

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements for services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Portugal.

The Service is provided by Anna Muratova, an individual entrepreneur (Empresária em Nome Individual) registered in Portugal.

2. Intellectual Property & Copyright

This is the most important section of this agreement. When you purchase an original artwork, you are purchasing the physical object only.

I, Anna Muratova, retain all copyrights to the artwork.

The buyer does not receive any rights to reproduce, copy, distribute, or create derivative works from the artwork.

This includes, but is not limited to, creating prints, posters, digital copies, or using the image for any commercial purpose (e.g., branding, advertising, merchandise) without my express prior written consent and licensing agreement.

3. The Artworks & Service

I sell one-of-a-kind, original abstract art. This includes Machine-Assisted Originals (plotter drawings) and Hand-Painted Originals (paintings on canvas).

Accuracy: I have made every effort to display the colors, textures, and details of the artworks as accurately as possible through high-resolution photos and descriptions. I cannot guarantee that your device's display will be accurate. If you are hesitant, please use the "View in AR" feature or contact me before purchasing.

Service Refusal: I reserve the right to refuse any order you place with me. I may, in my sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person or per order.

4. Linked Policies

By using this Service, you also agree to the following policies, which are incorporated into these Terms:

Shipping Policy: All shipping is handled according to my Shipping Policy.

Refund Policy: All returns and refunds are governed by my Refund Policy.

5. Buyer Responsibilities

Customs and Import Taxes: You (the buyer) are fully responsible for any and all customs duties, import taxes, or fees that may apply to your order. I am not responsible for delays due to customs.

Accurate Address: You are responsible for providing a correct, complete, and secure shipping address. I am not responsible for lost or stolen items or items not received due to an incorrect address.

Tracking & Collection: You are responsible for tracking your package and claiming it from your local courier or post office. If a package is returned to me because it was unclaimed (or customs fees were not paid), you will be responsible for the full cost of the re-shipment. No refunds will be issued for unclaimed packages.

6. Limitation of Liability

I do not guarantee that your use of my service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

In no case shall Anna Muratova be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation, lost profits, lost revenue, or any similar damages, arising from your use of the service or any products procured using the service.

7. Changes to These Terms

I reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms of Service at any time by posting updates to this page. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
