Refund & Return Policy

Choosing original art is a personal, emotional decision. I want you to feel confident and excited about bringing a new piece into your space.

To help you feel certain, I provide high-resolution photos, clear descriptions, and a "View in AR" feature on every piece.
You can also upload a photo of your own room and "try it on" your wall.

If you are hesitant or have a specific question about a piece (color, texture, exact dimensions), please ask me before you buy by filling the contact form or email me at contact@annamuratova.com

If the artwork arrives and it doesn't feel right, you have 3 business days from the date of delivery to request a return.


How Returns Work

Start the return: Email me at contact@annamuratova.com within the 3-day window. Please include your order number and the title of the artwork.

Package the art: You are responsible for safely repacking the artwork in its original condition.

Ship it back: You (the buyer) are responsible for the full cost of return shipping, including tracking and insurance. We will agree on the specific shipping carrier and service via email before you send it.

Refunds

Once the artwork is received and inspected to be in its original condition, I will process a full refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon reception.

If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong piece, contact me right away at contact@annamuratova.com. Send your order number and photos of the issue so that I can evaluate the situation and make it right.
