Shipping Policy
My goal is to get your original art from my Lisbon studio to your wall safely and clearly. Shipping costs and methods vary depending on the artwork type and your location.
1. Machine-Assisted Originals ("Plots")
I offer Free Worldwide Shipping for all machine-assisted originals (plotter drawings).
Cost: Free
Destinations: European Union & International
Method: Shipped flat or rolled (depending on size) with tracking via the Portuguese Post Office (CTT).
Customs: Please note that while shipping is free, you (the buyer) are responsible for any and all customs duties and import taxes in your country.
2. Hand-Painted Originals (Paintings)
These larger, one-of-a-kind pieces require special handling and have shipping rules based on location.
Portugal: Free Shipping
You can also choose Studio Pickup from my studio in Lisbon (Marvila) at checkout.
European Union (EU): Free Shipping
International (All countries outside the EU):
Please contact me directly at contact@annamuratova.com for a personalized shipping quote before you place your order. The cost for shipping large, insured canvases internationally varies significantly.
General Shipping Notes (Applicable to ALL Orders)
Customs & Import Taxes: You (the buyer) are fully responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees that may be applied by your country. I am not responsible for delays due to customs.
Tracking: You will receive a tracking number once your order ships. You are responsible for monitoring the package's journey and claiming it.
Unclaimed Packages: If a package is returned to me because it remained unclaimed (or customs fees were not paid), a refund will not be issued. You will be responsible for the full cost of re-shipping the artwork.
Incorrect Address: I am not responsible for items not received due to an incorrect shipping address provided at checkout.
Damages: Please inspect your package immediately upon reception. If the item arrives damaged, contact me right away at contact@annamuratova.com with your order number and clear photos of the damage (including the packaging) so I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
